Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Teyalo Nihozi, with its registered address at Długa 75/76, Gdańsk, Poland ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit the website teyalo-nihozi.info or interact with our services. This document has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych), which implements and supplements the GDPR in Polish national law.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy is written to be clear and readable, not to obscure our practices behind legal language. If you have questions about anything described here, you are welcome to contact us directly at [email protected].

1. Who We Are and How to Reach Us

The data controller for personal data processed through this website is Teyalo Nihozi, Długa 75/76, 80-831 Gdańsk, Poland. You can contact us by post at the above address, by telephone at +48 58 300 23 00, or by email at [email protected]. We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer, as we do not meet the threshold criteria under Article 37 of the GDPR requiring mandatory appointment.

2. What Data We Collect and Why

We collect personal data only where we have a lawful basis for doing so and only to the extent necessary for the purpose in question. The categories of data we collect and our purposes for collecting them are as follows.

When you use the contact form on this website, you provide us with your name, the name of your organisation or company, your email address, your telephone number, and the content of your message. This data is collected for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, discussing participation in our webinar series. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in managing incoming communications, as described in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and, where you have indicated consent, Article 6(1)(a). You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.

We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our website. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the referring URL. This data is collected through standard server logs and, where you consent, through analytics cookies. The lawful basis for technical data collected through necessary cookies is Article 6(1)(f); analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a).

3. How We Use Your Data

Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide information about the Teyalo Nihozi program. We do not use contact form submissions for unsolicited marketing. If you enquire about the webinar series and then register to participate, we will process your data as necessary to administer your participation, which constitutes performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Technical and analytics data is used to understand how our website is used, to identify technical issues, and to improve the site's content and functionality. We do not use this data to build individual profiles or to target individuals with advertising.

4. Data Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating this website, delivering the webinar series, or processing enquiries. Any such processors are bound by data processing agreements under Article 28 of the GDPR and are permitted to use your data only for the purposes we specify.

Where any service provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect the data during transfer and processing. We do not knowingly transfer personal data to countries without an adequate level of protection unless such safeguards are in place.

5. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up questions, typically no longer than 24 months from the date of last contact. Technical log data is retained for a shorter period, typically no more than 12 months, unless retention is required for security or legal compliance purposes. If you register for a webinar session, data associated with your participation is retained for the period required to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, including any applicable invoicing and tax retention requirements under Polish law.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where there is no lawful basis for continued retention. You also have the right to restrict processing in certain circumstances, the right to data portability where processing is based on consent or contract, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, the competent supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] or by post at the address above. We will respond to all requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, and in any case within 30 days of receipt.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies. A detailed description of the types of cookies we use, their purposes, and how you can manage your preferences is provided in our Cookie Policy. You can manage cookie preferences at any time using the preference tool accessible via the shield icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures take into account the nature of the data and the risks involved. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to us electronically.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the services we offer. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
