What to Expect
Are the sessions recorded?
Individual session participants do not receive a recording. Full series participants receive recordings for review purposes after each session has taken place.
What platform are sessions held on?
Sessions are held via a standard video conferencing platform. Connection details and any required setup instructions are sent prior to the first session.
Do I need financial knowledge to participate?
No prior financial knowledge is required. The series focuses on the psychological and emotional dimension of money, not on technical financial concepts.
How many people attend each session?
Group sizes are kept small to allow for meaningful discussion. The specific number varies per cohort. Private group options are available for organisations.
What are the practical exercises like?
Exercises vary by session. They include reflective journaling prompts, structured mapping tools, and short written frameworks. None require financial disclosure.
Is this financial advice?
No. This is an educational program. It does not constitute financial advice, investment guidance, or personal financial planning. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified advisors for personal financial decisions.
